E04 Jardines 1 - Apartment

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with 1 bedroom on entry level and 1 bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes.
Beautifully furnished, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, this property is perfect for couples and families alike. A large South facing terrace with sea and pool views, fully equipped with tasteful terrace furniture and a BBQ offers a lovely setting for outdoor dining.
There are further 2 balconies off the upstairs bedroom, one South and the other North East facing.

A beautiful free form pool forms the perfect centerpiece for this lovely complex. A short walk through a local park takes you to the local shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach and a 7km long boardwalk.
There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi and Apple TV.

The community swimming pool is open all year round.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.


A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking. The Extra Person Supplement is €75 per person per week (includes the provision of a single person airbed, bed linen and towels).

Bed linen and bath towels are provided at an additional cost of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.
A cleaning charge is applicable at the time of booking.

Special discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks or more - please ask for more details.

Keys must be collected from our office and returned on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written instructions and key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the E04 Jardines 1 duplex apartment in Sitio de Calahonda, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This apartment truly stands out for its high specification and prime location, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient getaway. It would be really good to have a safe in the rentals.
