The villa, with 346 m² distributed across three floors, offers a cosy and spacious environment for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and multiple areas for rest and entertainment.
The exteriors are a true privacy oasis, being built on a platform without adjacent houses that disturb their intimacy. The private swimming pool, perfectly oriented, is ideal for sunbathing from dawn or for the little ones to have fun under supervision 🏊♂️. You will also find porches and shaded areas to relax, read a book or enjoy a cocktail while contemplating the spectacular views.
On the lower floor, which connects directly to the porch and the swimming pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, kitchen and a dining area with television. The villa has a garden, terrace of 20 m², barbecue, fireplace and fenced plot, ideal for those looking for a safe and comfortable environment 🌳🔥. The equipment includes air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, and outdoor parking in the same building 🚗. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals 🍳.
