Summary:

Welcome to this cozy apartment located in the Riviera del Sol, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a seasonal swimming pool and just a few minutes from the popular paddle club Riviera Sport Club. Riviera del Sol is located between Fuengirola and Marbella with 15min drive to each city, the airport is about 25min away by car. From the apartment it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and shopping.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by an open floor plan with the newly renovated kitchen directly to the right and the living room to the left with a dining area, smart TV with several international TV channels (Swedish, English, German, etc.)



From the living room you come out on the lovely balcony with evening sun and pool views as well as sea glimpses.



One bedroom has a large double bed and its own exit to the balcony and bathroom ensuite, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and its own toilet / shower.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI and international TV channels, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
