Welcome to this lovely penthouse in the Riviera del Sol with pool and a roof terrace that has sun all day. Here you come who want to relax and take it easy with proximity to the beach and life. The apartment is located in the Riviera del Sol which is a district in Mijas between Fuengirola and Marbella, Less than 10 minutes by car. The area is quiet and nice with proximity to golf, paddle and outdoor activities. Nearby there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a popular beach club called Max Beach. When you step into the apartment you are met by a nice and open floor plan between the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, in the kitchen you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook on holiday. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa and TV with a selection of international TV channels. There is also a bar table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, you have a large glazed balcony with a dining area for 6 people. Upstairs from the balcony you have the private roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun in one of the sun loungers, or chill in the shade in the lounge group while the food is on the grill. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and en suite ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / c in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, free parking and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

Alles was een beetje ingewikkeld. Nadat we key-box gevonden hadden konden we de poort niet openen. Je hebt een remote nodig. Deze ligt dan in het appartement. Dus eerst lopen en zoeken waar het dan is, remote nemen en terug lopen. Het appartement is eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De tweede badkamer is echt alleen voor kinderen, spiegel hangt 1,20m van de grond, ruimte tussen douche en muur is heel small. We hadden een set handdoeken, daarmee moet je het dan 3 weken doen. Nadat we herhaaldelijk gereclameert hadden kregen we dan na 5 dagen een tweede set handdoekn en linnen. Bei het uitchecken das hetzelfde. Je moet sleutels en remote in het appartment laten, maar dan kun je de poort niet openen. Dus met de auto de poort uit. Een man moet dan de poort open houden, de andere naar het appartement terug lopen, sleutels en remote op tafel leggen en dan terug naar de auto lopen. Dan komt dan na 3 uur een mail van de host met de vraag: Alles gelukt, zijn jullie er uit? Ja, we waren er uit maar zullen nooit meer terug gaan.
