There is also a bus service linking Mijas with the lively town of Fuengirola and its sandy beaches. The area offers you a wide range of leisure activities: relaxed hiking in the mountains and their foothills or exciting city life in Fuengirola with its water park, the Bioparc Fuengirola zoo, the Karting Experience Fuengirola karting track, shopping centres, cinemas, markets and its exciting nightlife - there is something for everyone! The region is also home to Marbella, la Cala de Mijas and San Pedro de Alcántara with their sandy beaches, golf courses and marinas.
