If you want to spend your holidays in a dream place, this apartment should be your choice. It is located in Mijas coast just 2 km from Fuengirola in the Residencial La JOYA. The apartment has 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom with direct access to a private garden where you can sunbathe. A bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom in the hallway with a shower, an American kitchen open to the living room with lots of light. The house has terraces to enjoy the sea views and spend sunsets with family and friends. One of the terraces has a dining table for lunch and dinner. On the other armchairs for an afternoon chill out with the sea in the distance.

The house is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning that gives hot and cold. The kitchen has all the essentials such as coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc.

The house has 1 parking space. We have direct access to the beach and it goes directly to the CHIRINGUITO VILLA TROPICANA BEACH, which is a bar-restaurant facing the sea.

The urbanization has a swimming pool for adults and another for children, you will have a privileged view from the pool to the Mediterranean Sea. It has a supermarket 600 meters away, the shopping center and restaurant 100 meters away, and you will find 200 meters of sandy beach 2 km away.Check in is done between 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. as a general rule. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. and before 11:59 p.m. we will charge 30 euros. After 11:59 p.m. it will cost 50 euros.

Great ocean views

Our apartment was perfect with great views of the ocean , even though you are above the main road the noise was minimal. Alan the property manager made our checkin very easy , good communication.

Trip to El Faro

Great apartment with nice sea views. Definitely need a car if you want to travel further. Not much storage space if you are a family of 3 or more. Communication with host was excellent we were delayed and they accommodated us, Would definitely recommend easy to get to La Cala and Fuengirola by taxi. Great restaurants in the hills behind the apartment but of a trek but well worth it. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to Alan and Luc.

Schöne Wohnung und gute Betreuung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage zwischen Marbella und Malaga. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Abzüge gibt es lediglich für die etwas laute, vielbefahrene Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie für den nicht ganz so schönen nahegelegenen Strand. Ein Aufenthalt ist jedoch definitiv zu empfehlen.
