Apartment reformed on the sixth floor to 200 meters from the beach, with a communal pool and park. It has good views to the sea and the mountain, is easily accessible by highway and has bus stops a few meters.
It is a quiet neighborhood, in which sometimes small markets are celebrated in its surroundings. It is a few meters from the beach.

During the stady, the guest has access to both the community pool, the community park and the private parkings of the community.
On the surrounds, It has many leisure time options like various types of restaurants for all tastes, a shopping center nearby and also small markets are held in the area.

Very pleasant apartment, nice location.

Clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities and shops and restaurants close by. There was a lovely pool, but not open for use because of no lifeguard. A pity. Had it been open and usable it would have made the place ideal. Still good value.
