"Another lovely stay at the apartment. Location is fantastic and minutes walk to bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 7 mins walk to the beach and bus stop to marbella or fuengirola. The apartment is spacious and a home from home in a well maintained residential building. Sun on the balcony in the mornings & lots of home comforts. We hope to return again soon. Fiona and Sue were wonderful. Thank you!"

"We wanted a two night stay in La Cala de Mijas and we knew the location of the Carmen Hotel. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags and the gentleman on reception was very friendly and said we could check in at the same time and our room would be ready a little later which was fine. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast both mornings which were cooked on request and was very tasty. Would certainly recommend to family & friends."

"The complex is very good in many ways, but is in need of modernisation in the block we stayed in , Cristina. The choice of eating places is good. The best place was the Plaza Beach. The staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent and the entertainment was very good. "
