At the end of a dead end road, close to the cattle farm and in the heart of the ponds, you will be charmed by this 100% natural place in the heart of Berry.
The extras: 1.5 hectare pond available (no-kill fishing - carp and pike), walks on the 250 hectare property and for the lucky ones you will see deer and does... Mansion with a large garden private.

On the ground floor: large fitted kitchen with dining room - living room with 2 sofa beds - shower room / wc and laundry room.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds) with the possibility of an additional bed for 2 people - shower room / toilet.

Electric heating included in the price.
