"The staff who greeted me when I arrived didn't attend to me right away even though they were talking to someone else. That person left and started answering the phone. In my opinion, if the customer is in front of you, you should attend to them first."

"The home is beautiful and spacious. The outside property is amazing. The dogs loved it as did the humans. My only recommendation is putting blinds on the upstairs bathroom and bedroom windows for privacy. "

There's ample common spaces for how many bedrooms there were, kitchen was super well stocked to enable us to cook for a big group (we loved the ice machine downstairs). We also really liked the outdoor areas (fire pit, balconies/porches, pavilion), even though we were there at a time of year that the pool wasn't open"

"My family and I traveled from NY to PA for a worship concert. Our short stay with this Super 8 Hotel in Burnham was excellent. We arrived about an hour before check-in and Kathryn (I think that is her name) was friendly and accommodating. She said there may be two rooms ready, and went to check. When we checked out the next morning, she apologized that we had to wait a bit to get into our rooms, yet we arrived much earlier than the check-in time. Although we did not take advantage of any enmities, our rooms were clean, the parking was easily accessible, and the beds were comfortable. "
