Our room was clean, spacious and had everything that we required.
I explained when we checked in that we would be leaving before breakfast (7am-10am), so when we checked out they had a wonderful breakfast bag put together for us to take.

One thing to note is the rooms do not have AC, so keep the windows open and use the fan, they work quite well. We did opt for the breakfast each morning, but quickly found it was not worth the price.
