"Unser Zimmer wurde erst nach 4 Tagen und nach telefonischer Aufforderungen gereinigt und das nur grob, es wurde lediglich staub gesaugt, das Bad wurde nicht geputzt. Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner, man musste alles telefonisch klären. Da niemand da war, mussten wir uns sogar Toilettenpapier selbst kaufen und das in einem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das ganze Haus kam uns sehr komisch vor. Man muss durch einen Gebäudekomplex laufen, der zu einem anderen Hotel gehört, danach muss man durch...
