"This hotel was built in 2013 and an extension is being built next door. We were checked in by the manager, who is a fairly young person without customer service skills. Rooms are tight and walls are thin without sound-proofing. Children are not allowed to stay at the hotel and we saw none visit either. "Stayed here one night from Sunday to Monday in May. Most of the shops and restaurants in Dziwnow are closed in this time, so it was quiet and peaceful. The room was large, had comfy beds and amazing pillows. There was everything needed, it was all clean and well presented. We loved having a balcony and fridge. "Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again. "
