"It was great. I lost my key card twice i was given a new one both times. I would like to mention someone was at the desk each time i went whether it 9am or 2am. Staff is great. Quick easy check in and check out. Out of all the inconveniences i faced on my trip to Chicago, this hotel was NOT one of them. Wasn’t my first choice but will probably be on my list when i come back "

"The lady that checked us in was awesome. I dont know her name but we checked in at 3 on July 3rd. Im hoping management can look up my room and see who it was. She deserves 5 stars. As far as the hotel itself goes, could use a little lesson on cleaning. Debris in the hallway (it was not vacuumed my 2 days here, same debris same spot for over 48 hours. The room we had was good. Clean except the bathroom. There was hair on the wall of the shower and stuck in the shower curtain. The hair dryer was broken and tossed on the shelf under the sink. All in all an ok stay. Id give total experience a 4/5 The girl that checked us in brought our rating from a 3 to a 4!"
