"Loved that everything was clean and the kitchen was exactly what we needed to keep these 12U travel ball players fed! Kayaks were fun and the lake was super calm."

"We stayed here for the NASCAR race weekend. It was a more economical choice than some of the 1000/night hotels near Bristol. We were only there to rest our heads each night, but we have no complaints. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks. "Our family had a wonderful time during our stay this past weekend. We stayed four days and we were able to get around to where we needed to fairly quickly. The villa is beautiful and picturesque with the lake and forest views. Josh was awesome and was very responsive with updates and requests we had while there. 10/10 recommend!"

"We were surprised at how spacious and luxurious this home is. It more than accommodated our family of 14. The kitchen was fully equipped and the butlers pantry was a huge plus. Kids loved the arcade games and pool table. We swam and fished for hours off the dock and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks provided."

"Cabin was just beautiful for getting some of our family together under one roof. Beds were comfortable and the 4 bedrooms were nice. Nice size kitchen and front room to hang outVery secluded and no cell service which was refreshing. There’s an old land line there if someone really needs to get a hold of you (old school)Twenty minutes from Greeneville which was nice. Host was outstanding. Would recommend! "
