"We have stayed at this hotel before and that is one of the reasons that we chose to fly home from Salt Lake City. The property is beautiful. The restaurant is very good especially at breakfast. The lounge is very elegant. The only problem was that they give last call at 9:30 PM. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of many recreational activities such as antelope Island and little Cottonwood, which were both only about a half an hour away. We are still waiting for a refund for our parking which we were double charged for, but I’m sure they will work this out shortly. "

"Although the property could use a few updates, our room and all public areas were spotless and inviting. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. We felt very safe in the evening while walking to many great restaurant options nearby. We will be returning to the Crystal Inn on our next visit to Salt Lake City. The service and property can't be beat. "

"The lobby and front of the property are a bit dated, but the hotel is in a great location! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the bed was SO comfortable. Very convenient to downtown and many restaurants, transportation and shopping!!"
