Great Downtown Condo With Pool!

"This is a nice quiet place to stay. It is within walking distance of River Street (about a 30 minuet stroll). Lots of fun things to do and many great restaurants fairly close by. The property owners checked in a few times to make sure we had everything needed. Our suite was very clean and nicely furnished. Parking was no problem (even with my full size 4 door lifted 4x4 truck).The property itself needs a fresh coat of paint the exterior of a few suites, but you could tell this was being done building by building. Those Savannah summers can be tough on a home!! The pool was nice, relaxing, and clean. Agreat place to hangout and beat the heat for a while. Overall a great place for quiet getaway near the Fun of downtown Savannah GA!! Can't wait to visit again!! We are DEFINITELY going back!!!"

Cozy Cottage in Historic Savannah Near Forsyth Park

"The property is in an excellent location, very close to both downtown and Forsyth Park. We were a party of six adults and were easily able to walk to downtown and back. Overall, the property was clean enough, though not completely spotless. One major plus was the excellent laundry facilities. As for the layout, the bedrooms were fine, but the living room is definitely on the smaller side—it only seats five comfortably (a three-person couch and two chairs) around a small table. The kitchen had plenty of utensils but was short on cookware, and the kitchen knives were not sharp or good enough for cutting vegetables, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Finally, keep in mind that it is street parking only."

"We hosted our annual girls weekend at the property and it was the perfect house and location! Lots of room to be able to have individual space for sleeping and getting ready but also great communal living spaces like the large family room and kitchen to gather informally and connect. Walking distance from Forsyth Park, many popular Savannah sites and shops, and a stop on the Old Town Trolley tour made siteseeing easy! We highly recommend this property for anyone groups wanting to enjoy time together in Savannah!"

2-Story Carriage House on Forsyth Park!

"When we first tried to find the property, the address on the house was 16 not 116. Evidently one of the numbers had fallen off. After I realized that it was all good to go. We loved the place, my granddaughter loved the loft bedroom all to herself. After we realized how easy it was to use the DOT system we were great. Also the free parking was a great extra. In the past always paying to park got expensive in a hurry."

"The space was cute and new, very comfortable. It is really small, so 2 people are a bit snug. The hosts were very hospitable and kind. Check in was a little more complex than it needed to be, in my opinion. We could have easily received the door codes to arrive, but it was insisted that we come at a time that worked for the host. There was also an incident in which the host entered the space after we had checked in, though were were not present at the time. I found this rather uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was really nice for outdoor facilities! You can tell they have put a lot of effort into what they have built. It was fun for a night and I felt welcomed. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something different."
