"This was a decent place to stay. I did have a roach in my room when I woke up. Room was clean but it was a bit beat up (walls have scratches and paint chips in them)"

"Convenient and affordable"

"Clean room, only problem with it the covers needed to be changed."

"The room was disgusting, the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned, there was dried blood on the pillows, the pull out couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and the bed inside was worse. At 3 in the morning, my husband woke up to a roach crawling on his face and that's after he killed one in the bathroom which also looked like it hadn't seen maintenance in 10 years because it was falling apart."

"Hello Expedia, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my stay at La on [Date] in Room [Your Room Number] due to severe, unaddressed disturbance. > > Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, the guests in the neighboring room were shouting, fighting, and repeatedly slamming doors."
