"I used Chuzenji Kanaya hotel as a hikers stop. The walk up from the town was pretty and the hotel was very smart, clean and friendly. The WiFi was poor but the full sized bath, comfortable bed and room facilities were all super. "

"I arrived at this hotel injured after breaking my arm in another hotel.Staff were AMAZING. I can honestly say I’ve never had better service or care ever and anywhere. Hotel facilities are exceptionally clean and modern. I am surprised it is only a three star. I have travelled a lot and this definitely ranks with four star standards.
