"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"This is the Tophat place for a reason. Great location, great spacious house, great hosts. We had 9 of us there for almost a week; youngest was 17 oldest was 80. The five bedrooms each with on-suite bathrooms were tastefully decorated and well appointed. We all felt the hose offered all that we needed for our large family. "

"This was a great townhouse that worked well for our family of four (mom and three “kids” 16, 19, 22). Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, cute decor. We did have some issues with scalding shower water in the master bath and the clothes dryer not actually drying effectively, but the agency was very responsive so I expect those would be addressed for the next renters (I told them at departure). "We were very happy to experience this hotel. It is perfectly located near Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, in walking distance. It is a a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable modern hotel with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It even had parking which is hard to find. Very nice as well as conveniently located!"
