"This property is tucked away in the rolling hills of north Cork and just a short drive to Blarney. We had an absolute wonderful stay here. The house is in tip top condition as is the exterior. Mariza the owner, was Johhny on the spot with any questions we had and even helped us with local contacts and directions.We will definitely stay here again!!5 stars!!!"

It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the main bedroom overlooking the harbour entrance was a special treat! "We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "We were very disappointed with the accommodation.it was very basic with rust and mildew around the shower and on the soap tray in the shower. Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used. "The grounds and setting are amazing. Our dinner server was a little up tight and did not help us enjoy the evening as much as we had hoped. We had a big dinner with drinks, a bottle of wine etc. He seemed overly concerned about ordering the food before kitchen closed. "

"Amazing! Location is convenient — flat and short walk to city centre. Front desk and restaurant were amazing. Complimentary water was much appreciated. Housekeeping and turn down service was good too, save for one incident when the spoons in the room were simply wiped and instead of replaced — we could tell because although the cups and spoons seemed new, there was dried up food on the spoons, food that we ate earlier. That said, the error of one person shouldn’t reflect the rating on the otherwise amazing service of everyone. "
