"Breakfast was good, room was nice aside from a chipped mirror and lack of towel rod on the wall. Staff told me when I asked to check on my early check-in that I should've called the hotel first -- I did, and spoke with someone who said they'd put a note on my account. I told them exactly when I'd be arriving. I am not disappointed that my room was not ready, just how I was seemingly lectured to do exactly what I had done already."
