"We arrived late and were taken care so generously. The lady at the front desk helped carry our sheets for, for the sofa bed, up to the room and was so polite. Very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our family of 5. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of foods.. including the Texas shaped waffles. We definitely would recommend this hotel. "

"The bathtub shower was falling apart. Rotten sheetrock, cracked shower insert.
Lightbulbs burn out in the room.
The elevators were broken. Had to take the stairs.
Carpet in the hallways were filthy."
