"It was perfect. In an area where most spaces are rustic, this location is updated, modern, and comfortable. We were so grateful for the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor THEN the beautiful loft upstairs which I used as my office during our stay. The design of the space is beautiful and everything was so clean. The beds slept very well and the couch will suck you in. only one quirky thing- the light switch for the living room is upstairs in the loft. Took us a while to find it...

"The cabin was cozy. I didn’t like having to check in and out at an office. I prefer a lock code or more flexibility with the checkin/out process (the office staff were extremely friendly and courteous) The cabin was clean, but every single one of the chalets we viewed had carpet in the bedrooms and it was old/ outdated. It would have felt cleaner with no carpet. Overall, we had a nice relaxing time and would like to return with our children."

"Let me start by saying we ended up leaving after the first night. We got there and didn’t have entry info, couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and the sister(?) from next door ended up coming over to help us. Upon entry the floor was tore up and there was roach poop in all of the appliances and cabinets. We found one bed with rat poop and pee under the blanket. It says private but it’s not. I reached out to ask about a refund as we didn’t stay and have heard nothing back. Over 1500 bucks we will...

"I love the location of this property on the lake. There is a swing below the deck that is the perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with a full list of restaurants and things to do. Callaway Gardens is beautiful this time of year, and this chalet was perfect for our long weekend getaway!"

"The chalet was on a property with several other chalets. Checkin was quick. Chalet was a little musty smelling. We had to have a/c set a couple degrees lower to help with the moisture issue smell. Being in woods down south thats expected. All decorations were nice and clean. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great. Couple beds could use an upgrade.at least the upstairs loft beds. "We stayed for our sons turning green ceremony and family weekend. The neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful. Very little traffic. We had rain every day due to the hurricane but with the screened in porch we were able to still sit and enjoy outside. It was only 15 minutes to the base to pick up and drop off our son. The kitchen had everything needed to make home cooked meals for our SIT and comfy beds for everyone to relax and get rest. If we ever have to come back to Columbus this will be my go...
