"We stayed here for my sisters hen do and had the best time! The house was great (although you could use some more mirrors around the place but us girls made it work 😂). The secret garden was a nice place for sunset drinks and there’s a bigger field we were able to use for laser clay pigeon shooting! The grounds are beautiful. "We let the house for a few days of the Henley regatta. Absolutely wonderful staying steps away from the river. This is a lovely home in a remarkably beautiful setting. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, kitchen efficient and modern, living areas very comfortable, and the garden is a gem. We are absolute fans, and will return. The owners were very flexible with our changing schedules and easy to work with."

"Filthy dirty.Needed a deep clean .Bad odour as you entered the property. Kitchen oven and extractor fan need serious attention as full of grease and grime which smelt disgusting .Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but lacked items such as colander and cork screw. Glasses needed washing before we could use them. We could only use 2 of the 3bathrooms as the en-suite was full of mould and smelt disgusting. The window surrounds were covered with thick black mould."

"The Dovecote is something very special indeed - a charming idyll tucked away behind the Old Manor in Letcombe Regis, in itself a beautiful village. A place to be completely at ease. Our stay was made very comforable by the hospitality of Elspeth, a most attentive and gracious host. We spent a happy and peaceful Christmas weekend here, and shall cherish the memories for years to come."
