"I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...

"What a great property. Our family had a blast in the lake, fishing, watching movies and in the game room. We loved the lodge and the area it provided 40 of us to hang out. We had a couple of small requests while were there and were so impressed with the quick communication and responses. Can't wait to come again!"
