Wonderful home!

This is such a cozy, comfortable, well-appointed home that feels immediately relaxing, with the deck overlooking the large back yard, the nice furniture and art, the well-equipped kitchen, and more. We had a wonderful stay and will return when we visit our family in the future!

Wedding weekend in Newport

Very happy with property. Everything was clean and well stocked. Location was great just a short ride to beach and downtown for all the wedding activities. Would be a perfect place to stay for a summer vacation in Newport!

One terrific house! If I can stay healthy, I certainly would enjoy going back and staying at 3:85 third Beach Road in Middletown Rhode Island.

Wonderful and at the Third Beach home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Third Beach Road retreat. The house was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet and secluded. The house was outfitted with everything you would need to cook and enjoy the comforts of home. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Another great week at the third beach road House

This house is spacious and comfortable. It is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat meals in. Another highlight is the deck overlooking the backyard. It is a great place to have a drink and enjoy a sunset each evening. we are always impressed at how quiet Middletown is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and easy

This property was very well stocked, clean and comfy with great spaces to hang out and visit. We stayed here for a wedding but it would also be a good place to stay if you want to enjoy the beaches and have easy access to the restaurants and sites in Newport. Highly recommend visiting Sweet berry Farm and Bird Sanctuary. Both very close by.

Great location for hiking trails and beaches; easy drive to the hustle and bustle of Newport

We needed a place to accommodate 3 couples for a family wedding in Newport. We all enjoy the outdoors - the Norman Bird Sanctuary, with amazing hiking trails, is right next door! The property is comfortable and homey. The home is only about 6 miles from the historic St. Mary's Catholic Church, and even closer to beaches and the Cliff Trail. This was my first Vrbo stay, and the hosts answered all of my questions. Truly enjoyed our visit.

Most beautiful setting!

You're going to wish you could stay longer or never leave, this lovely, tranquil home! The area is quiet and relaxing and just a short walk to the beach. The house is furnished so you and your family can enjoy gathering inside or on the deck to watch the sunset. The home is immaculate and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We love this house. It’s always clean and everything is in working order. Most importantly, it’s very comfortable and is close to the beaches and Newport. But not so close that the crowds run you over.

The property is absolutely wonderful -not only well furnished but beautifully set up with kitchen, laundry and towels etc. it is very clean. It’s close to Second and Third beaches and stores. Very quiet neighborhood. The weather was awful the entire time but we still enjoyed our vacation 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed to be near and we had plenty of room to all be in one place but not fall all over one another. Great space in quiet area near beaches, bird sanctuary, berry farm and much more. Newport only 15 minutes away. Anthony’s Seafood is ten minutes away-amazing lobster roll and more! Great day trip was the Beavertail lighthouse! A great week. 😊
