From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. "Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race.
