First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Apartment comfortably fit a family of 4 and is very clean and well kept. It is in a nice neighborhood with very good restaurants/cafes and cute shops all within walking distance.
