"Bahia Principe was excellent though our vacation was cut short one day by the airline. The staff was was wonderful working hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The property was very clean. The entertainment was excellent in the form of a Broadway quality production that would rival any other. The food was was plentiful but lacking the flavor I’m accustomed to . "The pools and grounds are beautiful and there was a good variety of food, but the quality was mostly average. Unfortunately, the guest experience was terrible! Check-in was slow and unwelcoming, with no map or overview of the resort, restaurants, or activities. The Riu app was frustrating to use for reservations. Because we had two rooms, we couldn’t book one reservation for our whole family and had to make separate bookings with notes asking to be seated together. Our room had stained sheets,...

"I came here to celebrate my birthday and I was greeted with a welcome drink which was called the golden eye which has pineapple and rum inside it so good! They also provided a card and champagne for my bday! They brought our suitcases to the room then the bell guy gave a quick tour of the place before we got to the room. I booked a cottage over the lagoon and it has a beautiful view and our kayak that we can use around the lagoon! The room was nice and clean and they have the shower outdoors...
