"We stayed here for 23 nights while I was treated at Mayo Clinic, which was about 10 Minutes away and very convenient. This is exactly as described. It’s in a new area and has easy access. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4 and so there was some noise from the upstairs and downstairs apartments, but overall it was quiet and private., and we felt safe. There is a clubhouse close that has a great pool and hang out area. The small balcony faces some woods and the walking track where we watched...

The duplex setup resulted in limited parking space for both occupants, and there was excessive pounding coming from the walls.
