I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. "The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees. "Great communications from host.Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen tools.The SOFTEST towels.Was attending a conference downtown and everything was easy walking distance.I’m from an urban area so used to downtown type scenario. There were unhoused people around but everyone was very nice. Didn’t feel unsafe walking around but if you are not used to being in a city center you would want to keep on your toes.Would stay again."

"This was not a true listing. It put my husband and I in a terrible position. VRBO made us find our own arrangements the day that we arrived in the city. We were there for six nights and we’re out of pocket all six nights. VRBO did nothing to help us Tonya Nelson at Event One Pageants is a scammer. Do not do anything with her."
