The booking site was disappointing though, as they didn’t send the pin to the lock box for the key ahead of arrival - if you book via this platform, please ensure they send you the virtual check in at least the day before your arrival, else book direct. We had to dial the emergency number and fortunately the staff came to our rescue very quickly. Kudos and thank you to the vicarage team!"
