"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is a basement apartment, there are still a couple of windows, so it doesn't really feel subterranean. Good water pressure, and the linens...

"The apartment was the perfect place for us to host a small Christmas dinner for our kids. Close to my son's place, and spacious enough for serious cooking. Also the perfect place to crash from all the travel and hide out from the cold weather. Are thinking about booking in the warmer weather so that we can enjoy the back deck and the nearby park."

"The property was very clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness. It did have an old scent upon entry, but it is an older area. Not being from this area, have not experienced a road house before along with no parking available. We did pay for the first 2 hour limit on the road two blocks over and then found a parking garage within a 12 min. walk that was affordable for the 3 nights we would be in town. "The location of the property was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in and around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. It was truly charming!"

The space is accommodating and the hosts are exceptional and thoughtful to details. The snacks were gobbled up by all of us so thank you for those! "An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!"

"The property is in a sketchy neighborhood. We ended up going somewhere else because the shower didn't work, there were dead cockroaches and the window ac's didn't work well. It was quite hot in the apartment. Definitely not worth a stay."

"My partner and I rented the beautiful "serenity on the water" to celebrate our anniversary over the Memorial Day holiday. We found the rental in immaculate condition. It is very large, and well appointed, even including a ping pong table. The place is beautifully decorated and located very close to all the amenities you could ask for. It was an awesome stay, and we were so happy with the recommendations for activities. You can even WALK to the near by vineyard."

"The unit was very clean and comfortable. However, the description said that it sleeps six, but it only slept 5. There are three twin beds and one queen. The bathrooms were not adequately supplied. There was one roll of toilet paper in two of the bathrooms and none in the third. Also, there was no body wash in two of the bathrooms. Parking is limited. Uber is required to get to the Inner Harbor. All this said, I recommend the property."
