"I always look before I reserve a room to make sure there is an elevator, due to health reasons. On website it showed one. I reserved a king room. Upon arrival I was told there wasn’t an elevator (ever) at the hotel. The girl at desk called her manager and worked it out for me to be able to stay in a king room bottom floor, that was already going to be occupied later. I really appreciated what they did for me! Thank you. "

"The room had a brand new fridge and microwave. But the kitchen area was dirty, they have a stove but provided zero dishes or pans. The towels they give you are brand new but small and linty.
