The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. "-One-bedroom is huge, big windows throughout the entire living room with the view to the neighborhood and gets a lot of light during the day. -1.5 bathrooms, kitchen has enough equipment to cook, kettle & coffee machine, washing machine. Big and nice bedroom, bed, blankets and pillows are very comfortable. -Nice flat screen TV in the living room with some international channels. -Very nice and helpful front desk staff and appreciate the efforts to make our stays as present as possible....

"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...
