Splendid villa with bubble bath

In this fantastic, luxurious, detached villa in Middelkerke, you find yourself in real luxury. This 5-bedroom villa has an infrared sauna and the outdoor bubble bath are a real delight when travelling in a group of 20 people.

The sea is only 500 meters away, where you can take a nice stroll across the beach of Middelkerke. With the coastal tram, you can easily visit all these coastal towns for a nice day of shopping, or strolling across the boulevards. The city of Bruges is also good to visit, reachable within a forty-minute drive.

You can find everything you could possibly need in the child-friendly villa. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fenced garden with a terrace, which is furnished with lounge sofas. When the weather is bad, you can engage in a game of table football. Parking and garage are provided for the safety of your vehicles. For the comfort of any kids travelling, a high chair and a children's bed are offered. A fireplace is also in place to keep you cosy.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het was een leuk verblijf in villa miami. Alles aanwezig voor een leuke tijd. Sommige dingen hebben wel eens een opfrisbeurt nodig. Bij aankomst wat problemen met de elektriciteit en verwarming. Maar deze werden snel opgelost na een telefoontje.

wij waren er begin december, met kinderen en kleinkinderen (in totaal 16 personen), het is allemaal uitstekend verlopen, het huis is tiptop, ook in de winter, niet ver van de zee, 3 grote go-karts beschikbaar, een aanrader we proberen er nog eens met de gehele groep naartoe te gaan

Heel fijne accommodatie & ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Wel spijtig dat de veranda moeilijk te verwarmen is. Prijs/kwaliteit is ok. Ideale omgeving. Ruime parking. Wel spijtig dat er geen inventaris aanwezig is, zodat je gemakkelijker alles kan afpunten wat er is.

Ausstattung des Hauses war super, Hochbetten haben bei jeder Bewegung geknirscht, Warmwasser ist mehrmals am Tag ausgefallen (man hat eine Anleitung bekommen, um es selbst wieder anzumachen)

We hebben een zalig weekend beleefd met onze groep! Dit huis in Middelkerke leent zich perfect voor groepen tot 12 personen. De jacuzzi en de grote gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn een duidelijke meerwaarde.

Positieve punten: Ruime woning met grote tafels, living. Handig als je met een grote groep bent! In totaliteit een erg prettig verblijf. De 3 aanwezige Go-carts zijn zeker een meerwaarde! Ligging is top! Op 5 min wandelafstand heb je De Kegel x-treme waar je ook bij minder weer een hele dag pret kan beleven: bowling, karting, laser shooten, VR, espace room, .... Mindere punten: Geen ontvangst. Sleutel ophalen bij Immo (en liefst geen kwartier te vroeg). Geen rondleiding in de woning, ... Je krijgt een doucment mee om gebreken op te melden (binnen 24h na aankomst terug te bezorgen), maar verder geen uitleg. Alles valt te lezen in een map die op je ligt te wachten. Het valt op de woning een opfrisbeurt nodig heeft. Spots die los zitten in het plafond, klinken aan deuren die los zitten, douche boven lijkt wat op een zelfbouwprojectje (en het water liep erg moeilijk weg, rooster bleek vol haar te zitten), gescheurde ligzetels op het terras, zand (en een vettig laagje op de rand) in de jacuzzi bij aankomst, pingpongtafel was door vorige bezoeken gesneuveld en lang tegen de zijgevel van het huis... heel wat details die toch een stuk beter kunnen.

Een fantastische villa, heel geriefelijk, goed verzorgd, rustig gelegen,.... We hebben zo genoten van het huis en het comfort (jacuzzi, sauna, gezellige tuin en terras, ruime eetkamer en living) dat we nauwelijks behoefte hadden om naar het strand te gaan!!

Prima huis met vele en leuke mogelijkheden. zeer ruim . Sommige dingen zij wel aan een opfrissing toe, zoals de badkamer boven en de douche op de andere slaapkamer boven. De achterste slaapkamer is zeer ruim, maar er hangt soms een scherpe geur, afkomstig van de garage ofzo : niet zo leuk om daar te slapen..

Geweldig huis voor een familie-weekend met een heel mooi ingerichte tuin met jacuzzi waar vooral de kinderen veel plezier aan beleven. Gezellige veranda met sauna en bar om in te chillen. Gelegen in een rustige wijk op wandelafstand van het strand (10-15 min). Een echte aanrader, top- weekend gehad!

Il n'y a aucune flexibilité quant au contrat. Pas d'état des lieux et manque d'information sur l'utilisation des fournitures. Vous allez à la pêche trouver (ou pas) selon qui a rangé quid, quod, quoi. Je déconseille cette location pour un weekend. Sinon, beaux espaces, belle situation et confort ! Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Ayez un ingénieur avec vous pour régler la télé !

Qualité de la maison mauvaise : Boiler défectueux et aucun technicien pour venir nous aider. Sauna de mauvaise qualité. Froid et cours en d'air dans les chambres (malgré toutes les fenêtres et portes fermées), seulement deux jets fonctionnels dans le jaccuzi, poignées pour faire sécher les essuies cassées, idem pour clanche de portes. Et pas d'état des lieux réalisé au préalable ni à la sortie pour pouvoir montrer ce qui ne va pas. En conclusion, maison magnifique à première vue, situation au top mais matériel défectueux ++ et confort laissant à désirer, sans personne pour régler ces soucis.

De accomdatie was tip top in orde. Veel ruimer dan ik dacht. Meestal zijn foto's mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Hier was het net andersom. Het enige minpunt dat ik kan geven, is dat 1 toilet boven aan de lage kant was. Maar dat is maar muggenziften. Het was een beladen weekend, de corona brak net uit, cafés werden pas gesloten, de ernst begon duidelijk te worden. Maar we hebben er het beste van gemaakt. En het huis was er ideaal voor.
