Luxury Villa with Sauna and bubble bath

This is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa for 14 people located only 500 m from the Middelkerke beach. A bubble bath, a Finnish sauna, and an infrared sauna top that up to make it the perfect place for the most relaxing summer vacation.

Middelkerke also offers other attractions, such as its local cafes and casino. Fort Napoleon is only 13 km away while the Plopsaland amusement park in De Panne is 28 km from here. You can go to the beautiful town of Ostend just 10 km away while Bruges with its beautiful medieval architecture is 40 km from here.

The house has a garden with furniture and two terraces. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.

The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is 4 km away.

House hat die Erwartungen auf jeden Fall erfüllt. In der Nähe eines tollen Parks, nah am Strand. Das Wetter war nicht optimal, aber daran kann der Location-Inhaber natürlich nicht viel ändern. Schön ist, dass es mehrere Toiletten und Duschräume gibt. Der Innenraum könnte zwar ein kleines Update vertragen, aber das hatten wir bereits in früheren Bewertungen gelesen und waren darauf vorbereitet. In den Betten habe ich fantastisch geschlafen. Und das Kegel X-treme um die Ecke ist ein schöner Ort für viele Indoor-Aktivitäten.

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren dort, aber die Immobilie ist aufgrund der verschiedenen Schäden, die schon seit langem vorhanden sind, wie Glasbruch von Fenstern, beschädigten Küchentüren und anderen Schäden, renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist großartig. Durch die Platzierung des Mietschalters steht jedoch weniger Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Nach mehr als 2 Monaten ist die Anzahlung immer noch nicht eingegangen!

Überfällige Wartung, kaputte und schlecht sitzende Möbel und Gartenmöbel grün / schmutzig, Fenster kaputt (kein herzlicher Empfang). Als wir wegen des nicht funktionierenden Kamins anriefen, haben wir gemeckert und wurden nicht zurückgerufen, sodass wir den Kamin nicht benutzen konnten. Sauna kann nicht wärmer als 60 Grad werden. Schade, denn das Haus hat viel Potenzial! Schöner Whirlpool, schöner Bereich im Erdgeschoss, gute Betten, schöner Außenbereich (wenn gut gepflegt), gute Plätze.

L'emplacement de la villa était idéal! De plus qu'il y avait de l'animation dans le petit parc ajointé à la maison, parfait pour une petite balade en soirée parfait, suffisamment de place et comme présenté sur les photos (même au-dessus de nos attentes pour Certaines pièces). ..), mais pas de quoi gâcher notre séjour.Mon groupe d"amis et moi avons adoré notre moment passé à cet endroit et pensons à y retourner en période plus chaude afin d"également pouvoir profiter de l"extérieur!Le personal de l'agence était très sympathique, et les dames de ménages ont été très aimables également. Merci pour l'accueil!
