Studio on the seawall on the 6th floor, suitable for 3 persons The studio is simply but comfortably furnished and has a beautiful frontal sea view. A parking space is included.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
