This newly built apartment, located on the 2nd floor, features two bedrooms and a versatile sleeping area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other includes a bunk bed and a single bed. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a charming terrace. The open, fully equipped kitchen with a central island offers modern appliances, and a nearby storage room houses an air fryer, coffee machine, and additional storage space for convenience. The apartment’s flexible layout includes a large bedroom with an adjoining lockable sleeping area containing a single folding bed, which can also serve as extra storage or a cozy spot for a baby bed close to parents. The second bedroom provides direct terrace access, enhancing the living experience. The luxurious bathroom features a walk-in shower and double sink, complemented by a separate toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. While the furniture is preliminary, soon there will be two new 6-seat sofa beds, two additional electric recliners, new chairs, and side tables to enhance comfort. The residence combines historic charm with modern design, blending a distinctive tiled facade with clean architectural lines. Its central location offers easy access to shops, a streetcar stop, the new Casino, the seafront, and the beach. Amenities include Wi-Fi and parking; guests are asked to bring their own sheets and towels.
