"Everything was extremely good. Tha hotel is in a great location and ideal for all the city's amenities. Perfect for shop's, cinema and close to the train station, and restaurants."
"The hotel is close to Leeds train station and city centre. The hotel is very modern and was super clean and tidy. Upon arrival, staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the bag storage which was super handy. Check in was fast and efficient and our room was easy to locate.
The room was very large and spacious. It was clean, and tidy upon entering.
The bathroom was large and bright with a good mirror. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The bed was huge! It was very comfortable! Included in the room was a large TV, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a safe, an empty mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Overall a great stay!! "
"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again."

"The check in staff were friendly and approachable. Reception area was easily accessible and very presentable. Check in was easy and the staff explained elements of the hotel from meal times and local area. Room was very clean and well presented. The windows did not allow excess noise. All amenities worked from rhe Iron, all lights and hair dryer. Good pressure in the shower. Breakfast was plentiful and topped up regularly with a good range of options. The bar was reaonably priced. Check out was flawless with a nice discount on parking. "
