"This hotel is amazing despite a few issues with the check-in and type of room we had. It was different to what we booked and the images online were misleading. There were 3 people staying and they only prepared the room for 2 and we had to request a bed, also meant I had to ask daily for robes and towels which became frustrating.
The shower room also flooded on multiple occasions and we had to use all the towels to soak up the water. The storage space for clothes was too small and I had nowhere to get ready, the bathroom lighting was too dark and the only mirrors were on the back of doors so nowhere to put my makeup to get ready.
However the door staff and pool staff are incredible and helpful."
