"I had a great time at The Pod Times Square! I was surprised at how nice the room and hotel was for the price. The Pod is at an ideal location—only minutes away from Times Square and the Port Authority subway/bus station that can get you anywhere in the city. It’s also about a 15-minute walk from Penn Station and Moynihan which is super convenient! You also have plenty of food options and stores like Target, Five Below, 7/11, Aldi, etc. close by if you need anything. The room itself was clean and a good size especially for someone traveling solo like myself. That being said, I felt very safe as a woman staying there because you need your room card to be able to reach guest floors. The Pod also holds your luggage before and after check out which I’m grateful for! The only tiny downside is that the TV in my room didn’t have cable. It only had one local news channel. Overall, I had a great experience and am already planning my next stay!"
