Enjoy the charm of beachside living with all the comforts of home in this standalone coach house retreat. You can rent this coach house on it's own, or combine it with "Good Times" to create a combination that sleeps up to 17.

PARKING
Includes 1 dedicated parking space. All vehicles must display a parking pass. Additional vehicles may be parked in the overflow lot.

Minimum rental age: 25. Primary renter must be present throughout the stay

Great for our needs but the STAIRS ARE DANGEROUS

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property, it was clean and well maintained. The stairs, which they can't really be called, up to the loft areare really just a ladder. Not safe for kids and really nit safe for adults!!

Clean and perfect for small group on a budget

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We use this house as an adjunct to a larger house we were renting. It worked great for three people and would’ve been fine for four. There is a nice bedroom on the central floor and then I believe room for five in the loft. While there are beds, there is not a lot of Living space. Also, the ladder up to the loft is a little scary at first, although we all adapted.
