Our apartment is about 44 square meters. She has a private entrance. Our house is situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the residential community. A large, well-kept garden invites you to relax. To the forest about 10 minutes, the historic city center about 15 minutes. Nearby is the city bus stop. From there you can easily reach the city center or Erbach. The apartment consists of a cozy living room with dining area, TV with DVD and a double bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The small kitchen offers enough space to prepare small meals. In addition, a storage room is available. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. The apartment is allergy friendly. Please understand that smoking and keeping animals in the apartment is not allowed.

Wohnung wie offeriert; sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wegen des schlechten Wetters konnten wir leider den wirklich schönen Gartensitzplatz nicht nutzen.

Ein paar sonnige Herbsttag im Odenwald in der Nähe der Kinder und Enkelkinder und trotzdem unabhängig. Die Wohnung war gerade richtig für uns und von der Lage her ideal für viele Ausflüge.
