It is out-of-the-way with a spectacular view of the mountains that I actually loved sitting on the balcony looking at. and Steve, the gentleman who checked me in was amazing. Choosing this rustic, away from the hubbub, down the gravel road getaway was perfect for recharging, reminiscing, relaxing and spending time with old friends who don’t NEED bougie to have a good time!The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the beds were extremely comfortable for a night of rest! We visited the pool one day for a refreshing cool down and met some lovely residents! If you want a great burger, we recommend Stacks in Mars Hill! Delicious! We traveled to Burnsville, as well, strolling around the downtown area and order up pizza and beer at the local brewery, Homeplace. Delightful!"
