"The front desk staff stunk. It was My Bachelorette Party and I got 2 rooms adjoining. When we checked in very late in the day, they had one on a lower floor (woth broken AC and toilet) and one on a much higher floor which was very nice. My friends had to get ready with an AC issue in the hot summer and they promised to credit the resort fee which they never did. They also charged my room for the mini bar, which was never touched.
The pool staff was absolutey superb! WE got a cabana and it was incredible! Service was the BEST and it made up for the upcharges for items that should otherwise have been charged and were supposed ot be credited. Lastly, the front desk staff NEVER answer the phone nad I had to end up paying for all the items that were promised to be credited"
