• Visit the Main Administration Office (Front Desk) during business hours to activate building amenities:
‣ Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
‣ Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• If arriving outside these hours, you’ll need to wait until the next business day to check in and use amenities.

• NO electronics or phones in wet areas — $200 fine per day for violations.
• NO smoking — $300 fine.

• Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo & soap.

• Do NOT leave garbage bags on the floor.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No loud noise in hallways or shared areas.
👚 Dress Code:
• Shirts or cover-ups required in common areas.
• No bare feet permitted.

• No hanging items from balcony railings.
