Shuttle runs to the beach and back approximately every 10-15 minutes starting at 9:30 Am to 5:45 Pm.

Resort fees are as following:

For all other guests, the resort fee structure is as follows:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days
For stays exceeding 30 days, the fee is $300 plus an additional $10 per extra day.

Ring Doorbell Camera!!

We do monitor all guests checking in and out of the property through a Ring doorbell camera devise set up at the front door outside of the property. We don’t have any recording devices inside of the unit. The purpose of having this device is to make sure that guests do not violate our house rules and guidelines. This property has a strict No Party and Non Smoking policy, violators will be evicted immediately. No refund or offset will be granted for said violation of our house rules.
Please be respectful by keeping the place clean and undamaged so that you don't deduct or charged your security deposit. There is NO SMOKING/NO PARTY policy In the unit or building no exceptions , there is a immediate eviction with NO REFUND and $1000.00 penalty that will be deducted from your security deposit for Violating this rule!

THE BUILDING OFFERS VALET PARKING ONLY!

FREE STREET PARKING BEHIND THE BUILDING ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Daily rate for Valet - a $13 plus taxes Valet Pass will be assigned for visitors who stay up to 5 hours per day.

1 to 2 Night Reservations - Guests that stay less than 3 nights must valet park their vehicle and will be charged $35 per night plus taxes. Registration would first be done at the front desk.

Self-Parking Option - 3 to 7 Nights - Guests that stay more than 3 nights will be allowed to self-park. Self-parking rates are $25 plus taxes per night up to 7 nights.

Self-Parking Option - 7 to 30 Nights - A flat fee of $175 plus taxes will be charged for 7 to 30 days stays.

COVID - 19 Procedures – 1st Class Parking will utilize safety protocols with vehicles that are valet parked (masks, gloves, and portable UV sterilizers). Every vehicle will have a parking pass that must be displayed on the dashboard. Non authorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking passes and wristbands will be provided by the front desk during check-in and will be required to enter the garage for parking.
