Please review the building's short-term rental rules and the check-in workflow provided in your booking confirmation. The unit is independently owned and operated; building management does not service or manage individual rental units.



ADDITIONAL FOB / BUILDING ACCESS

Building access is by electronic key FOB, and all guests must register at the front desk with a valid government-issued photo ID. One FOB is included per unit. If you need an additional FOB for another guest, that guest must be added to the reservation, register with valid ID, and sign a short Additional Guest registration & FOB agreement; a one-time US$20 fee applies (paid securely by credit card). All guests must comply with building and Condominium Association/HOA rules. Any FOB not returned at check-out is US$70 each and is deducted from the security deposit. These steps are required by the building for legal and security reasons.



PLEASE NOTE (booking requirements): Building registration at the front desk, rental agreement signature and a $300 refundable security deposit hold are required for all stays. Details in House Rules.
